ORDER

Once the order has been processed & shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and/or text. Depending the shipping speed you have chosen, please allow another 3-7 business days* for USPS First Class shipments and 2-3 business days* USPS Priority shipments for your order to arrive. If your package is being shipped Internationally, please allow 10-15 days for arrival (In some instances It could take longer depending which country your order is being shipped to).

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses OR names for the shipping address (Your order can get returned to us if your provide us with a incorrect name or name that is unrecognizable to USPS). We ship to the address YOU provided at checkout. If a order shows as delivered, but is not at your front door please check in your mailbox or with your local US post office first before contacting us! 99% of the time it is at one of those two places! If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but we will charge an additional reshipping fee. FIRST CLASS SHIPPING: It only guarantees for a safe, secure & timely shipment all dependent upon USPS’ workload at the time your package is shipped
