ORDERING

What size should I buy?
Our gear and apparel fit true to size. But if you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using any of the major payment methods, including paying with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, and Discover.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can not modify or cancel your order once it is placed. We hope to make this an option for all our customers in the future.

SHIPPING

Is free shipping offered?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please allow 10-15 days for arrival if your package is being shipped internationally. Sometimes, it can take longer depending on which country your order is being shipped to.
When will my order be processed?
You can expect your order to be processed and packaged within 1-3 business days. During the sale season, it may take longer for your order to be processed and packaged. In either case, you can expect to be notified via email and/or text.
When will I receive my order?
If you choose USPS Ground Advantage shipping, you can expect to receive your order in 3-7 business days. If you have selected USPS Priority shipping, you can expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days. Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number and a link to tracking your order via email and/or text.
Where is my order being shipped from?
All shipments are sent from our warehouse in Georgia, USA.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on our products within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

We Ball Sports gear and apparel are entirely designed and developed by former D1 athletes who have competed at the highest levels of competition and know precisely what athletes want (and need) in what they wear come game day. From stitching to fit, every aspect of a We Ball Sports product is made by lifetime athletes to help you unlock MVP performance. The same cannot be said for many other brands.
